  38. You are certainly right in that respect - although a magazine SHOULD bet 
  39. certain what it gets told is true, before telling xx,000 readers it...

  41. BTW:  CU Amiga put the 1.3 ROM (with ReloKick s/w) on their coverdisk a LONG 
  42. time ago.  I believe that they answered queries as to the legalness of it, 
  43. although I can`t remember what they said.

  45. Possibly they said they had special permission from Commodore (UK?) do be able 
  46. to do so?  That may be what I miss-remembered!
